Refund policy
We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note we are able to offer exchanges for UK orders, should you wish to order a different size please return your item and place an exchange order using our returns portal click here
If you prefer not to use our Returns portal, you can return your parcel at your own expense to:

Please note self-funded returns can not be compensated.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For swimwear this means the hygiene seal must also be intact or your return will be sent back.
As part of our ongoing sustainability pledge we have removed all paperwork from our parcels. In order to make a return, simply click here and select the best option for you.
When creating your return, please enter your order number exactly as it is written within your order confirmation and shipping emails, as well as the email address you used when you placed your order.
Once we receive your item/s they will be inspected at our warehouse and we will process them within within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (this is in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014). A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed, and any refund will be applied to the original payment method.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

- Any items that do meet these standards will be returned to you at our cost and not refunded. However, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of postage.
- Please note: we do not accept returns of swimwear unless the hygiene seal is intact
Please note it can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Your original shipping costs will be excluded unless the item is faulty or cancelled under the Consumer Contracts Regulation Policy.
Returns Outside of the Returns Policy
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt as per the UNLIMITED Returns Policy. Late returns outside of the 30 days return timeframe may either be returned back to the customer at their expense or refunded as Online Credit.
Please take care when trying on garments. We have no obligation to refund or exchange any item that is damaged or dirty. In those circumstances, we will send the item or items back to you at our cost. However, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of postage.
Store Returns
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns of purchases made in our stores via our web returns portal or posted directly to our returns centre. Purchases made in-store must be returned in the store you made the purchase. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Please be aware that we are also not able to accommodate returns of UNLIMITED items purchased from our partners including John Lewis, M&S, Next, Fenwick and Boundary Mills. Returns must be made directly with the retailer.
Returning Gifted Items
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer gift receipts for online purchases.
If a gifted item is returned for a refund, the refund will be made to the original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.
Selecting an E-Gift Card Store Credit instead of a Refund
In our returns portal we are happy to offer store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card to spend on UNLIMITED's website in lieu of a refund. An E-Gift Card will be automatically emailed to you and will include an added bonus amount. Please be aware that this means you will not receive a refund on your payment method for example credit or debit card, PayPal or Klarna. If Klarna was the selected payment method, you will still need to pay off the remaining balance.

Returning Items Purchased Using an E-Gift Card
Any refunds on products purchased using the gift card will be made onto the original E-Gift Card and are not available for cash refunds.
Refunds on items using split payment between E-Gift Cards and another payment method.
When an E-Gift Card is used for partial payment and the remainder is paid with a Credit/Debit Card or another payment method, any refund will first be issued to the E-Gift Card up to the original amount paid using the gift card. Any remaining balance from the return will then be refunded to the Credit/Debit Card or other payment method used. For example, if you paid £50 with an E-Gift Card and £50 with a Debit Card, returning a £25 item would result in a £25 refund to the E-Gift Card. If you returned a £75 item, £50 would be refunded to the E-Gift Card and £25 to the Debit Card.
Refund charges
From 19th May 2025, a charge of £2.95 will be deducted from the refund value for each UK returned order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right. Full refunds will be given for any items deemed as faulty within 30 days of the order date.
Any item(s) returned as faulty will be inspected by our Garment Technician. Any item(s) that are returned damaged as a result of wear and tear or will not be considered as faulty and will be returned back to the customer. (Examples of wear and tear are item(s) that are returned soiled, marked or with any stains or perfume odours, material that contains fabric pulls, snags or bobbles or garments washed incorrectly.)
